AA Security operates a fully integrated computerised control centre and incident reporting facility which is manned 24 hours a day - 365 days a year. The system utilises a pin-code log specific to the site and employee which records security officer arrival and departure to client premises. In addition to this, our control centre operators undertake calls every hour to ensure the safety of lone workers - plus random safety check calls are made to encourage staff on duty.
This is backed up by emergency mobile patrollers who report back to the control centre at all times to ensure constant coverage and the ultimate levels in security.
All control centre staff have at least 3 years experience and undergo training at our own City & Guilds training and examination centre.
The computerised system at the heart of our control centre can produce detailed reports which enable us to improve and enhance security coverage at any given time. Clients can access this system via the Internet at any time, giving them both peace of mind and the feeling of being in control of their security. In addition, clients can be provided with an online patrol management system which enables them to observe patrols undertaken in real time.
